Antonio Manuel Conceição Monteiro, affectionately known as "Tony" in the Rhode Island Referee Community has passed away May 30th, 2025. He was a deeply family-oriented person and selfless presence who poured into the lives of everyone around him. Many fond memories of Tony. His great passion was soccer and music. He will be remembered for his loyalty, humility, and the deep love for officiating soccer games. Our condolences goes out to all his family hoping happy memories will help you through this difficult time.
